Refund Policy for Socially Fliped Media Private Limited:

At Socially Fliped Media Private Limited our utmost priority is to deliver service to our clients. We acknowledge that there might be instances where you may need to cancel your order. Kindly refer to the information provided below regarding our Return Policy, which covers cancellations and refunds;


1) Cancellation of Orders, within 5 Hours;

Clients have the flexibility to cancel their orders within 5 hours from the time of placement and successful payment completion. If the cancellation is requested within this timeframe we will initiate a refund process.


2) Cancelling an order, within 12 hours;

In the event that customers decide to cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it a cancellation fee equivalent, to 10% of the order amount will be deducted. This fee is applied to compensate for the expenses incurred in initiating the service and allocating resources promptly upon receiving the order.


3) Refund after Delivery of First Draft:

After receiving the draft or initiation of work based on contrect or mutually decided time-frame, if you decide to cancel the project we will discuss the possibility of a refund, with our team at Socially Fliped Media Private Limited. The refund amount will be determined based on the work completed and resources invested up until that point.


4) Order Cancellation by Socially Fliped Media Private Limited:

Although we implement best practices, no system is 100% secure. By using the service, you accept this risk.


5) Refund Processing Time:

In the event that Socially Fliped Media Private Limited cancels an order, at any stage during the project a complete refund will be provided to the client.

Please note that refunds will be issued using the payment method you used for your transaction. If you wish to cancel it is your responsibility to initiate the process through our designated channels. Any additional fees or charges associated with the refund (such, as transaction fees) will be your responsibility. Once a refund request is approved, the refunded amount will be credited within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used for the transaction. This timeline ensures that clients receive their refunds promptly after the cancellation process is initiated.
